Products

Four things that together keep your calendar full.

They work on their own and better together. Every part says honestly how far along it is.

And what is underneath

All products share these building blocks. They are listed separately because each has its own state.

Reads your existing calendar

In test

Revenaro reads your calendar and finds the gaps itself. You do not have to move anything.

Where it stands. Works with Google Calendar and with a calendar link (a web address most calendar programs can give you). Tested on one test business. We have not tried every program one by one.

Proof for every saved hour

In test

We only charge for an hour when a conversation and an appointment together prove that we saved it. You see the proof and you can dispute it.

Where it stands. Built and tested in Stripe's test mode. Disputing an hour that has proof is refused, with the reason shown. A real invoice has never been sent.

Confirmation and reminder

In test

A confirmation after booking and a reminder the day before, so fewer people forget to come.

Where it stands. Built and tested, by email. SMS and WhatsApp follow once those channels are on. Not used for a real business yet.

Review request after the visit

In test

Three hours after the visit a friendly request for a review, to every customer, with no reward and no filtering.

Where it stands. Built and tested. It only works once you enter your own review link. Without that link Revenaro sends nothing.

Safe messages

In test

Every message says it is an assistant, offers a free way to stop, and never goes out outside your opening hours.

Where it stands. Enforced in the code and covered by automatic checks, including STOP in four languages. A real customer has not received a message yet.

Import your customer list

In test

Bring your customer list in from a file (CSV, text file or the contacts of your phone) in a few clicks. The date of the last visit is kept.

Where it stands. Works from a file. An Excel spreadsheet you first save as CSV. Importing from a photo of a paper agenda exists only in the prototype.
