What is new

What works, what is in test, and what is coming.

This is the full list, with an honest label on every part. It is the same list as everywhere on the site.

Updated on 25 October 2026.

What the labels mean

Works today

Running now, and you can try it yourself on this site.

In test

Built and checked by automatic tests. No business uses it yet.

Coming

Not built yet, or only a prototype with example data.

Works today (2)

Try the assistant

Works today

Talk to an example assistant of a made-up business yourself, and see what it does and does not do.

Where it stands. Runs on this site with fixed rules and made-up data of an example business, never a real business's data. It is the demo, not the assistant that still has to pass its exam.

The calculator

Works today

Work out with your own numbers what empty slots cost you and what Revenaro might win back, as a range.

Where it stands. Runs in your browser. The recovery percentages are an estimate, not a measurement, and are shown under the result.

In test (10)

Fill empty slots

In test

Revenaro spots a gap in your calendar and invites the customers who fit it best. Whoever wants it confirms with one link.

Where it stands. The twelve steps from calendar to booked appointment are covered by automatic checks. In a simulation of 10,000 bookings at the same time there was not a single double booking. It has not booked an appointment for a real business yet.

Proof for every saved hour

In test

We only charge for an hour when a conversation and an appointment together prove that we saved it. You see the proof and you can dispute it.

Where it stands. Built and tested in Stripe's test mode. Disputing an hour that has proof is refused, with the reason shown. A real invoice has never been sent.

Reads your existing calendar

In test

Revenaro reads your calendar and finds the gaps itself. You do not have to move anything.

Where it stands. Works with Google Calendar and with a calendar link (a web address most calendar programs can give you). Tested on one test business. We have not tried every program one by one.

Text assistant

In test

A digital assistant that answers customers, proposes an appointment and says straight away that it is an assistant. It never invents a price.

Where it stands. Built and tested, and switched off for every business. First it has to pass an exam of 56 situations in four languages: at least 95 percent right and zero invented prices. It has not passed yet.

Safe messages

In test

Every message says it is an assistant, offers a free way to stop, and never goes out outside your opening hours.

Where it stands. Enforced in the code and covered by automatic checks, including STOP in four languages. A real customer has not received a message yet.

Win back dormant customers

In test

A customer who has not been for a long time gets one friendly invitation at their own rhythm, with a real free slot.

Where it stands. Built and tested, switched off for every business and never used with real customer data. The message never says how long somebody has been away and never pretends a slot just opened.

Money overview

In test

A screen with what Revenaro recovered, in euros, with the proof next to it.

Where it stands. Exists and shows the data of the test business. No real business sees anything in it yet.

Confirmation and reminder

In test

A confirmation after booking and a reminder the day before, so fewer people forget to come.

Where it stands. Built and tested, by email. SMS and WhatsApp follow once those channels are on. Not used for a real business yet.

Review request after the visit

In test

Three hours after the visit a friendly request for a review, to every customer, with no reward and no filtering.

Where it stands. Built and tested. It only works once you enter your own review link. Without that link Revenaro sends nothing.

Import your customer list

In test

Bring your customer list in from a file (CSV, text file or the contacts of your phone) in a few clicks. The date of the last visit is kept.

Where it stands. Works from a file. An Excel spreadsheet you first save as CSV. Importing from a photo of a paper agenda exists only in the prototype.

Coming (6)

Export your customer list

Coming

Your customer list is yours: download it in one click, whenever you want.

Where it stands. A principle of the product that is not built yet. Importing exists, exporting is on the list.

WhatsApp

Coming

Confirmation, reminder and invitations over WhatsApp, with SMS or email as a safety net.

Where it stands. Built and tested against a pretend Meta. There is no approved Meta account yet and a real WhatsApp message has never been sent. Until then messages go by email.

The Revenaro calendar

Coming

A free calendar for your business, with the gap filler, the text assistant and a command bar built in.

Where it stands. A clickable prototype with example data. The real calendar is built in phases and does not run for any business yet.

Booking page for your customers

Coming

A page of your own where your customers book an appointment themselves, in their own language.

Where it stands. A prototype with example data. The booking logic is tested, but the page itself is not online for businesses yet.

The next appointment

Coming

After a visit, one proposal for the next appointment, at that customer's own rhythm.

Where it stands. Not built yet.

Deposits and card on file

Coming

Ask for a deposit when booking and keep a customer's card on file for no-shows.

Where it stands. Planned. Stripe is only in test mode today.

How we keep this up to date

A part only gets the label 'Works today' when you can try it yourself and it is running. A part that is built and tested but has never been used by a business stays 'In test'.

No part that works for a real business carries the first label yet. That is not modesty: it is the state of things.
