Text assistant

An assistant that answers, and always says what it is.

A customer sends a message. The assistant answers with the hours, services and prices you entered, proposes a slot and has the customer confirm.

In test: switched off for every business until it passes its exam.

What it does

Answers from what you entered

Opening hours, services and prices come from your own data, never from the memory of a language model.

Proposes a slot

It looks up a free slot and proposes one. Only when the customer writes YES does the code book that slot.

Passes on what it does not know

If somebody asks for a person, or it does not know, your business gets an email with the question.

What it never does

These are rules the code checks before any answer leaves. If an answer breaks one, it is replaced.

Invent a price

Every amount in an answer has to be in your price list. A price the customer names, it does not repeat as true.

Pretend to be a person

The first message says it is a digital assistant. If a customer asks whether it is a robot, the code answers yes.

Say something is booked before it is

The word booked may only appear in an answer once the booking has really been made.

Carry on after somebody wrote STOP

STOP stops at once, in four languages, and no answer follows.

It has to pass an exam first

Before a business can switch it on, the assistant has to get through 56 situations in four languages: at least 95 percent right, and zero invented prices. That exam has not been passed yet.

Until then it is off for every business. You switch it on in your settings, never us for you.

We will show the result here as soon as there is one that is accurate.

In test

A digital assistant that answers customers, proposes an appointment and says straight away that it is an assistant. It never invents a price.

Where it stands. Built and tested, and switched off for every business. First it has to pass an exam of 56 situations in four languages: at least 95 percent right and zero invented prices. It has not passed yet.

Works today

Talk to an example assistant of a made-up business yourself, and see what it does and does not do.

Where it stands. Runs on this site with fixed rules and made-up data of an example business, never a real business's data. It is the demo, not the assistant that still has to pass its exam.

Safe messages

In test

Every message says it is an assistant, offers a free way to stop, and never goes out outside your opening hours.

Where it stands. Enforced in the code and covered by automatic checks, including STOP in four languages. A real customer has not received a message yet.

WhatsApp

Coming

Confirmation, reminder and invitations over WhatsApp, with SMS or email as a safety net.

Where it stands. Built and tested against a pretend Meta. There is no approved Meta account yet and a real WhatsApp message has never been sent. Until then messages go by email.
